GETTING TO KNOW YOU

We are firm believers in “one size does NOT fit all” when it comes to your company’s health and wellness. Whether you have a sedentary population that could benefit from increased physical activity throughout the day, or a population suffering with chronic diseases, we can help. But first, we need to get to know you!

The first step is for us to meet with you and learn about your company and your specific needs. Perhaps you have a bottomless chocolate bowl that is a challenge for even the best-intended dieters, or maybe the culture is such that no one takes a lunch break and works straight through the day. Once we have discussed the best focal area to improve your company’s health, we will establish starting points and goals and work from there so that, together, we can help bring about a healthier, happier, and more productive workforce.

 

The Core Elements of Our Wellness Program Include:

ASSESSMENT

In order to make your workforce healthier, we have to understand where they are struggling. In this phase, we will meet with you and/or your employees and use a variety of assessment tools to identify health goals and to maximize your return on investment.

TAILORED INTERVENTION

This may include one-on-one coaching, group exercise classes, “lunch and learn” sessions, or a variety of other communication forms. Weight management, healthy eating, stress management, back pain management, and smoking cessation are common topics for interventions, though any intervention will be specific to your company’s and your employees’ needs.

SUPPORT

While the program is ongoing, all participants will receive support in achieving their health goals; this may be in the form of an online support and accountability group, in-person weekly sessions, educational webinars, and other means as decided upon in the assessment phase.

EVALUATION

When the program has reached its conclusion, our team of experts will assess the effectiveness of the program and provide you with an evaluation of the results, in order to assess and properly detail the effectiveness of the program.
